Different stationers work in different ways, so it’s best to know a bit about their process before you pay the bill. When you order through my shop, the process is pretty simple, you send an email with all your wedding details and pay for your suite up front, and I take care of the rest.

As this is a very visual process, if you would like to share a Pinterest board, or some photos with me, this will really help me to get an idea of what you are looking for. Do you have a color scheme or theme? Would you like the invite to be a particular size? Even the simplest of designs should tell a story. So, tell me your story, and I will help your vision come to life. As the bespoke design process can vary between couples and designs, prices of invitations may vary from client to client and detailed quotes are only available after a consultation.

Once you’ve paid the deposit, I’ll get to work designing. Once you’ve approved the designs, I either upload them into the Zazzle templates available or if we have worked out a price for "print on your own" then I will send you the high-resolution designs via email. This image you can print at home, office or with your own professional printing house (i.e., Staples or local printer.) A digital file can be reused for social media. Files provided are in JPEG form. You must advise if you want the design in digital format before so I can quote the project accordingly. Please note these files are not allowed to be used for resale.

NOTE: The colors of your printed project may vary depending on your monitor, ink, printer, printing company, printing materials, etc., used for your project. I recommend doing a test print before printing a large order. IYHTVDesigns is not responsible for any color variations that may occur between monitor and final print.

I don’t do any printing in house; I am a designer and I let the professionals handle the printing to make sure the quality is tip top. It’s always important to ask how your designer works, as we do often have different policies and processes of working.

Please note this pricing is for the design only. The cost of printing and shipping through Zazzle is an additional cost. I will create your design and input it into a Zazzle template that you can then customize even further if desired or order as is for your printed products. This is a physical product that will be mailed to you from Zazzle for the additional printing/shipping fees.

QUOTES/PAYMENTS

Design fees are payable in advance before we start working on your card(s). This is a non-refundable design fee. ARTWORK IS MADE TO ORDER; THEREFORE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.

Due to the nature of custom design the invoice must be paid in full before any work takes place. No orders will be started before payment has been made in its entirety. I can’t start work without it. Usually, customization and bespoke design involves sending several rounds of digital design proofs to you so you can request any changes to the designs, this back and forth editing process takes time, and time is money people!

For bespoke designs you can make up to three free revisions to your design (including the original design proof plus 3 changes). Thereafter, revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $30.

We do not offer any refunds on personalized/customized orders due to the personal nature of the goods. This applies to all items which are tailored to you specifically.

You are responsible for proofreading all text and copy in the digital proofs supplied to you, by approving your final proofs, you are accepting full responsibility for spelling, grammar, layout and text size. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your proofs carefully before approving them for print. We suggest that you have a friend or family member check your proofs for you too.

TIME SCALES

Once we have received your order information and deposit, we aim to get your first design proofs to you within 1 - 2 weeks of your design date. We make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and sent as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order.
