An Adventure Around the World... Without Leaving Home
One of my favourite projects began with a simple idea: a travel-themed second birthday celebration inspired by vintage aviation and the spirit of adventure.
What started as a themed celebration became an opportunity to develop an entire illustrated visual identity.
A vintage-inspired airplane became the centerpiece of the artwork, complemented by antique maps, floating clouds, and playful travel details that appeared throughout the event.
The coordinated designs extended across oversized backdrops, children's activity placemats, party hats, favour tags, cupcake toppers, signage, and personalized details.
Every piece was designed to feel like part of the same adventure.
And the best part?
The celebration took place in the family's own home.
